Alberta Chief Medical Officer of Health, Dr. Deena Hinshaw – Misleading Information Leading to Discriminatory Practices

In late October early November 2021 Albertan’s received in the mail an “Urgent Health Message” whose sole purpose was to mislead, and coerce citizens to take and experimental vaccine, or face discrimination though the Restrictions Exemption Program (REP). Many of the misleading statements were challenged by my email to the Health Minister, Alberta Health Services and Dr. Deena Hinshaw. Like many other emails, I have yet to receive a reply.
In addition to being denied entrance to restaurants, entertainment facilities, or sports facilities, when I went skiing or snowboarding, I was denied access to the gondola cars, and had to use a porta-potty until ~ mid December when a heated washroom trailer was made available.
The Health minister and related officials were the architects/enablers of a discriminatory system, coercing people to take an experimental vaccine, and potentially suffer employment consequences.
– determined that Covid-19 is now considered a workplace hazard with associated WCB coverage
– that if a business had an outbreak, AHS may require the business facility to close, thereby coercing employers to require employees to get an experimental C19 vaccine
under the REP, an unvaccinated person could not go to a restaurant, however employees of a restaurant could work without the requirement to be vaccinated
– interference with the Doctor Patient relationship by confining medical exemptions to these experimental vaccines to a very narrow criteria (vs the doctor and patient have a discussion of risks vs benefits
– irrespective to the C19 vaccines being designed for the original SARS-Cov-2 virus, these same vaccines are being used as boosters while the virus is now on a 4th prevalent mutation (doing the same thing over again an expecting a different result?)
Ultimately where does the responsibility for Covid-19 policy, and related vaccine mandates lie?
